This Shipping Policy explains how NailDrop.shop processes and ships orders. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Overview
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We use Shippo to manage our shipping operations and work with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Processing Time: 7-14 business days
Shipping Time: 3-7 business days (depending on your location)
Total Delivery Time: 10-21 business days from order confirmation
Order Processing
Processing Timeframes
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we begin processing your order. Our standard processing time is:
- Standard Items: 7-10 business days
- Custom/Personalized Orders: 10-14 business days
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.
What Happens During Processing
During the processing period, we:
- Verify your order details and shipping address
- Prepare and customize your nail sets (if applicable)
- Ensure quality control standards are met
- Package your order securely for shipment
Note: Once your order enters processing, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your shipping address and destination zone
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
We offer the following shipping options through USPS and other carriers via Shippo:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing
- Priority Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing (when available)
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (before taxes) to addresses within the United States. The free shipping offer:
- Applies automatically at checkout when your order qualifies
- Does not apply to expedited shipping options
- Cannot be combined with certain promotions (restrictions will be stated)
- May be subject to change or discontinuation at any time
Shipping Carriers and Tracking
Our Carriers
We use Shippo to select the most reliable and cost-effective carriers for your shipment, including:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS
- Other regional carriers as needed
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking information
- A tracking number to monitor your package's progress
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your order by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Logging into your account and viewing your order history
- Visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number
Note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on:
- Your location (urban vs. rural areas)
- Carrier delays beyond our control
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- High-volume shipping periods (holidays, sales events)
Delivery Zones
Approximate shipping times by zone (after processing):
- Zone 1-3 (Nearby states): 3-5 business days
- Zone 4-6 (Mid-distance): 5-7 business days
- Zone 7-8 (West Coast/Remote): 7-10 business days
Signature Requirements
Most orders do not require a signature upon delivery. However, for high-value orders or at the carrier's discretion, a signature may be required. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.
Shipping Address
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Please ensure:
- Street address, apartment/unit number (if applicable), city, state, and ZIP code are correct
- The name on the order matches the recipient's name
- Special delivery instructions are included if necessary
Important: We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be charged for reshipping costs.
PO Boxes and Military Addresses
We ship to:
- PO Boxes: Yes (via USPS only)
- APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: Yes (military addresses are supported)
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address:
- Before shipment: Contact us immediately at support@naildrop.shop. We will do our best to update your address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
- After shipment: Once the package has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You may contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to request address corrections, but this is not guaranteed.
Risk of Loss and Title Transfer
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. This means:
- Once the carrier confirms delivery, NailDrop.shop is not responsible for the package
- You assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after successful delivery
- Delivery confirmation from the carrier serves as proof of delivery
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or building management
- Look around your property (porches, side doors, mailroom)
- Wait 24-48 hours in case there was a scanning error
- Contact the carrier to file a claim
- Contact us at support@naildrop.shop for assistance
Note: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier and/or your local postal inspector.
Stolen Packages (Porch Piracy)
NailDrop.shop is not responsible for packages stolen after successful delivery. We recommend:
- Requesting signature confirmation at checkout (if available)
- Using a secure delivery location
- Asking neighbors or building management to hold packages
- Filing a police report if theft is suspected
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Inspect immediately: Take photos of the package exterior and any damaged items inside
- Contact us within 7 days: Email support@naildrop.shop with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package and items
- Description of the damage
- Keep the packaging: Do not discard the damaged packaging until the claim is resolved

Shipping Delays
Reasons for Delays
While we strive to ship orders on time, delays may occur due to:
- High order volume during sales or holidays
- Carrier delays or service disruptions
- Weather events or natural disasters
- Address issues requiring verification
- Payment processing delays
- Customs holds (not applicable for domestic shipments, but included for completeness)
We will notify you if there are significant delays in processing or shipping your order.
What to Do If Your Order Is Delayed
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:
- Check your tracking information for updates
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Wait an additional 3-5 business days, as delays are common
- Contact us at support@naildrop.shop if the package is significantly overdue
Refused or Returned Shipments
If you refuse delivery or the package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address provided by you
- Refusal to accept the package
- Multiple failed delivery attempts with no response
You may be responsible for:
- Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
- Return shipping costs charged by the carrier
- Restocking fees (if applicable)
Refunds for returned packages will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
International Shipping
At this time, NailDrop.shop only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. This policy may change in the future, and we will update this page if international shipping becomes available.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain addresses or cancel orders at our discretion, including situations involving:
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Previous chargeback or dispute history
- Inability to verify the shipping address
- Violation of our Terms of Service
